On the evening of September 8, at the Xujiahui Basketball Park in Shanghai, a foreigner got into a conflict with other players. The foreigner is an internet celebrity in China named 弘文Tim

During the altercation, the foreigner said a Chinese man looked like a Japanese person and repeatedly emphasized issues related to skin color. It seems that Someone mentioned skin color previously.

Tim: “You look like a Japanese person, damn it.”

Chinese man: “It’s because we Chinese people are very tolerant of you, and have given you everything.”

Tim: “You old Japanese man.”

Chinese man: “There’s no need to respond to you. You’re not qualified.”

Tim: “What’s your skin color?” (repeatedly asking)

Chinese man:”Is your skin nice-looking?”

Afterward, the foreign man and his companion burst into mocking laughter.

Tim: “We don’t talk about skin color”

Chinese man:”No discrimination, no discrimination”

During the argument, a Chinese man who tried to mediate was pushed down by Tim, which triggered other Chinese people’s anger. They surrounded Tim and his companions, preventing them from leaving, demanding an apology.

In the end, both parties called the police and were taken away by the officers.
