At around 7:00 AM on August 26th, near Huifeng Village on Liuhe Road in the Qixing District, a physical altercation occurred between one foreign national and two other foreign nationals following a verbal dispute. After investigating and gathering evidence, the police mediated the situation according to the relevant provisions of the “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China.” At around 10:00 PM the same day, the parties involved reached a mediation agreement and apologized to each other.
